**Room Rental includes the use of the room for the specified time, tables, and chairs. No Live music, or boomboxes or speakers of any kind are allowed in the party room. Outside food is permitted, with prior Management approval. Decorating of the room is allowed, as long as it does not cause any damage to the party room at the time of installation or clean up, and with management approval. No Alcohol is permitted anywhere inside the facility. If it is determined by the management that there is a problem with any guest, at any time during the room rental, they will be asked to vacate the facility without any type of refund.
